Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams Softened Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 115 grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 20 ml Eggs
  • 160 grams Whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 100 grams Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add your softened butter and salt. Mix them well together.
  • Add in the sugar, and keep mixing with a spatula until everything combines together smoothly.
  • Add in your vanilla essence and you can also add half of a beaten egg to soften your cookie mixture if you wish.
  • Add in your wheat flour and the baking powder.
  • Keep mixing it until it forms a soft dough and everything is well combined.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and keep mixing with a spatula to evenly spread the choco chips.
  • Take a scoop and scoop out even portions of dough, you can use your hands to make them into a perfect cookie shape.
  • Set them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • You can add some chocolate chips to the cookies you've shaped on the baking tray.
  • Bake them for 20 minutes and set them in a container after they cool down. Enjoy these Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies with your tea or coffee!
