Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 100 grams Softened Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 115 grams Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 20 ml Eggs
- 160 grams Whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 100 grams Chocolate Chips
In a bowl add your softened butter and salt. Mix them well together.
Add in the sugar, and keep mixing with a spatula until everything combines together smoothly.
Add in your vanilla essence and you can also add half of a beaten egg to soften your cookie mixture if you wish.
Add in your wheat flour and the baking powder.
Keep mixing it until it forms a soft dough and everything is well combined.
Add in the chocolate chips and keep mixing with a spatula to evenly spread the choco chips.
Take a scoop and scoop out even portions of dough, you can use your hands to make them into a perfect cookie shape.
Set them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
You can add some chocolate chips to the cookies you've shaped on the baking tray.
