Arabian Pudding
A delicious creamy dessert mixed with custard that melts in your mouth creating a blast of flavors.

Ingredients

custard powder

cup
sugar

tbsp
milk powder
optional

cup
cold milk
2
tbsp
condensed milk
Instructions
In a bowl, take 2 tbsp of custard powder, mix in your milk powder and add half a cup of cold milk
In a saucepan take 1 litre of milk, add in 1/3 cup of sugar in it and let it come to a boil
Add your custard slurry while stirring, start cooking it until it thickens
Cut sides of the bread slices and add custard layer on top
Add in another layer of bread and another layer of custard on top of it
Refrigerate it until it cools down
In a separate bowl, take your cream and mix it in with condensed milk
Mix it until it forms soft peaks and layer on top of your custard bowl
Garnish with chopped nuts and refrigerate again
Serve cool and enjoy
