This easy dessert is one of my favorites to make when I want something sweet, quick, and delicious. My strawberry trifle is made with layers of fresh strawberries, biscuits, and heavy cream. It looks beautiful in a glass bowl and tastes heavenly! The juicy strawberries, soft fruit cake (or biscuits if you want), and creamy layers come together perfectly in every bite. Whether you’re making it for a party or just a treat at home, this delicious strawberry trifle is sure to impress without any fuss.

The best part is no baking needed! You can put it together in just a few minutes, and it tastes like you spent hours on it. It tastes even better when chilled properly. You can also make this strawberry trifle ahead of time, which makes it perfect for gatherings (but be sure to use fresh strawberries that can stay intact for a day before juicing up as that might ruin your strawberry trifle experience). This easy strawberry trifle is light, creamy, fruity, and always a people-pleaser (just like me) Trust me, once you try it, you’ll want to make it again and again!

Strawberry Trifle
Equipment
- 1 glass dish
- 1 electric/hand beater
- 2 bowls
Ingredients
- 2 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 250 ml Fresh Cream
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 full Fruit Pound Cake
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Take 1 cup of fresh strawberries and make puree in a blender. Refrigerate the puree until further use, in a bowl.
- Take another bowl and add 1 cup diced strawberries and coat it with 2 tbsp of sugar. Set it aside to caramelize a little.
- In another bowl add 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh dairy cream and 2 tbsp powdered icing sugar. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and mix it all together with a whisk.
- Save the half of your whisked cream in a piping bag in the refrigerator to use later
- Take the other half and add strawberry puree to make a pink cream. You can save some of the puree to decorate the trifle later.
- Add the pink cream in a piping bag too for easy pouring
- Take a glass dish and make a base out of fruit cake slices
- Top the pink cream over it and smoothen it out with a knife
- Spread your caramelized strawberries over the cream and add another layer of cake on top of it
- Add the white cream over it and even it out. Add some of the leftover strawberry puree and cake crumbs on the sides to decorate it. You can also garnish it with chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate it for a few hours and serve cool. Enjoy!
