Ingredients:
- Medium sized bananas 3
- Eggs 2
- Jaggery powder 3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
- Oil 1/3 cup
- Milk 1/3 cup
- Whole-wheat flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 Tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 Tsp
- Salt 1/4 Tsp
- Dark Chocolate (Chopped) 1/4 cup
How-to-Make:
- Mash three ripe bananas in a bowl and add two eggs and whisk everything well.
- Add in Jaggery powder 3/4 cup and Vanilla essence 1 tsp and whisk until it forms a smooth paste.
- Now add in your whole-wheat flour through a sifter and add baking powder and baking soda in the mixture.
- Combine everything well with a spatula and add some chopped dark chocolate to enhance the taste even more.
- Prepare a loaf or cake mould with parchment paper and grease it with butter or oil, and add in your banana bread mixture.
- Add some of the chopped chocolate on top and bake it in the oven or a stove pan for 25-35 minutes.
