Ingredients:
- Soft butter 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar/ jaggery powder 1/2 cup
- Vanila essence 1 Tsp
- Whole-wheat flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 Tsp
- Pistachios 1/4 cup
- Milk 2 tbsp ( as much required to make a nice dough)
How-to-Make:
- In a bowl, add soft butter 1/2 cup, jaggery or brown sugar, vanilla essence and whisk until it turns into a creamy paste.
- Sift your whole wheat (or regular) flour gradually into the mixture and combine gently with a spatula.
- Add in your baking powder and mix thoroughly.
- Add milk to soften the dry mixture and knead slightly with the help of your hands.
- Make it into a dough ball, and let it set for 30 minutes.
- Now roll it in a cylindrical shape, cut equal pieces and make them into biscuit-like shape with the help of your hand.
- Chop your pistachios and take each cookie, coat it inbpidtavhios and place on a tray with parchment paper that is greased.
- Bake in a pre-heated pan or oven for 35-30 minutes.

Tips to Bake on a Stove:
- If cookie size is big, it will take more time to be baked.
- Pre- heat your pan for 10 minutes before placing the cookies inside.
- After bake, cookie will be soft, they might break. Let them cool for a couple of minutes before you transfer them onto a serving dish or jar.
