Chocolate Chip Muffins

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Decadent chocolate chip muffins that will have you craving for more instantly

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/3 cup Oil
1/3 cup Milk
1 pinch Salt
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Crack open 2 eggs in a bowl, whisk it well
Add powdered sugar to the bowl and whisk it well
Add in your vegetable oil and the room temperature milk
Whisk it well and let the mixture combine
Add your all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, sift it thoroughly
Add the baking powder and baking soda
Mix the batter gently and set aside to bake
Coat your chocolate chips in 2 tablespoons of flour and add some of it to the batter
Put the batter in the muffin tray and add in a few chocolate chips to the top of each muffin batter
Bake for 20-30 minutes and set aside to cool
Enjoy it with your tea or coffee
