Ingredients:

Bread slices 4
Malai 2 Tbsp
Milk powder 2 Tbsp
Icing sugar 2 Tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
Custard powder 2 Tbsp
Cold milk 1/4 cup (for mixing custard)
Milk 2 Cups
Sugar 1/3 cup
Chopped pistachios to garnish

How-to-Make:

In a bowl take fresh cream (malai) 2 tbsp and add your powdered sugar an milk powder 2 tbsp each, mix together with a spatula.
Add vanilla essence and mix it until nice and smooth.
Take 3-5 slices of bread, cut the edges and roll the slices with a rolling pin to thin them out.
Apply the cream mixture you made on each side of a bread and make them into a roll.
Take all the rolls and align them in a glass dish.
Now in a pan add 2 cups of milk and 1/3 cups of sugar and bring it to a boil.
In a small bowl mix 2 tbsp custard powder with 1/4 cup of cold milk until lumps free.
Add this to the milk when it comes to a boil and keep stirring until you reach the perfect consistency.
Now pour your custard over the bread rolls you aligned.
Garnish with chopped nuts, refrigerate until it gets chilled and enjoy your 5-minute dessert!
