Ingredients:
- Bread slices 4
- Malai 2 Tbsp
- Milk powder 2 Tbsp
- Icing sugar 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
- Custard powder 2 Tbsp
- Cold milk 1/4 cup (for mixing custard)
- Milk 2 Cups
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Chopped pistachios to garnish
How-to-Make:
- In a bowl take fresh cream (malai) 2 tbsp and add your powdered sugar an milk powder 2 tbsp each, mix together with a spatula.
- Add vanilla essence and mix it until nice and smooth.
- Take 3-5 slices of bread, cut the edges and roll the slices with a rolling pin to thin them out.
- Apply the cream mixture you made on each side of a bread and make them into a roll.
- Take all the rolls and align them in a glass dish.
- Now in a pan add 2 cups of milk and 1/3 cups of sugar and bring it to a boil.
- In a small bowl mix 2 tbsp custard powder with 1/4 cup of cold milk until lumps free.
- Add this to the milk when it comes to a boil and keep stirring until you reach the perfect consistency.
- Now pour your custard over the bread rolls you aligned.
- Garnish with chopped nuts, refrigerate until it gets chilled and enjoy your 5-minute dessert!
